How PezaWako Works: From Discovery to a Meaningful Connection

A simple guide to discovering people, sending a connection request, starting a conversation and building a connection at your own pace.

PezaWako is designed around a simple idea: meeting the right person becomes easier when people can clearly say who they are, where they are and what type of connection they want.

Start with your intention

When you create your profile, PezaWako asks for your town or city and your main connection intention. You may be interested in a serious relationship, dating, friendship, networking, business, learning, activities or travel connections.

Being clear about intention reduces confusion. Someone looking for marriage can focus on people with similar goals, while someone looking for friendship does not need to pretend they want romance.

Discover people

Your Discover area helps you find people based on useful signals such as location and connection intention.

You can read a profile before deciding whether you want to connect.

Send a connection request

When someone interests you, send a connection request.

The other person can accept or decline.

A connection only becomes active when the request is accepted.

Start a conversation

Once connected, you can message each other privately.

A good first message does not need to be complicated. Mention something genuine from the person's profile or ask a respectful question.

Take the connection into real life carefully

If both people become comfortable, a real-life meeting may follow.

Choose a public place, tell someone you trust where you are going and avoid unnecessary pressure.

PezaWako helps create the introduction. What happens next should grow through honesty, respect and mutual interest.

From reading to connecting

Your next meaningful story may begin with one conversation.

PezaWako helps people in Zambia discover love, friendship and genuine human connection.
